Sue Tucker

Sue Tucker serves as AddyHart's Docketing Lead, supporting the firm's patent prosecution, litigation, and intellectual property practices through comprehensive docket management, procedural coordination, and case administration. With more than 25 years of legal experience, she helps ensure that deadlines, filings, and litigation activities are managed accurately and efficiently across complex matters.


Before joining AddyHart in 2019, Sue spent more than two decades as a litigation paralegal handling sophisticated civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience includes insurance defense, product liability, commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, property damage litigation, and other complex civil cases. She also maintained an independent contract paralegal practice before joining the firm.

Sue brings extensive experience in civil procedure, motions practice, discovery management, electronic court filing, legal research, and trial preparation. She has coordinated pleadings, managed discovery, prepared exhibits, drafted motions and briefs, organized depositions, and assisted attorneys through hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.


At AddyHart, Sue coordinates docketing and procedural workflows that support the firm's patent prosecution and litigation practices. Her responsibilities include deadline management, filing coordination, case administration, document organization, and operational support for attorneys handling matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and federal courts.


Sue earned her B.A. from Ambassador College in Pasadena, California.
