Heidi L. Iannuzzi

Heidi L. Iannuzzi serves as AddyHart’s Billing Lead and as a patent paralegal supporting the U.S. and international patent prosecution work performed through Divergent Patent Law. She brings 11 years of patent-prosecution experience together with substantial accounting and small-business operations experience. Her work helps ensure that client matters and the billing records associated with them are handled accurately, promptly, and with clear communication.

Heidi supports patent prosecution matters throughout the patent lifecycle. Her experience includes docketing, electronic filings, Information Disclosure Statements, PCT matters, patent assignments, portfolio records, and client reporting. She has worked closely with attorneys, clients, foreign associates, and docketing personnel to coordinate prosecution activity and keep filings and deadlines on track.

As Billing Lead, Heidi coordinates the firm’s billing administration and supports accurate invoicing, financial recordkeeping, and client account communications. Her accounting experience includes accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll, and the maintenance of confidential financial records. She understands how careful documentation, consistent processes, and prompt follow-through contribute to a responsive client experience.

Before joining AddyHart, Heidi worked at Volpe Koenig from 2007 through 2018, providing paralegal support for domestic and international patent prosecution and client portfolio administration. Since 2017, she has also managed accounting and administrative functions for a small business.

At Divergent, Heidi works alongside the attorneys and patent-operations professionals responsible for U.S. and international patent portfolios.
